1.Develop novel BCD platform devices.
2.Conduct TCAD device simulations and deck calibration.
3.Design, analyze, and layout device test keys.
4.Perform device bench testing including DC/HV/reliability testing and characterization.
5.Fine-tune devices to ensure on-time delivery and successful reliability qualification.

Required Capabilities:
1.Solid semiconductor device physics and analysis skill, with a focus on bipolar and power devices.
2.Experience in BCD (Bipolar-CMOS-DMOS) device development and characterization is preferred.
3.Hands on experience in TCAD simulation, calibration, layout, and power device bench testing is advantageous.
4.Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the team.
5.Self-motivated and avid learner.

Qualifications:
1.Preferred Master's or Ph.D. degree in Physics or Electrical Engineering.
2.Relevant working experience in BCD development is preferred.
3.Proficient in both oral and written English.
