1.Cowork with EE for process daily management including tool down, uptime and productivity.
2.Improve process quality and maintain process stability.
3.Process defect improvement.
4.Process SPC improvement.
5.Process WAT/Yield improvement.
6.Process abnormal issue troubleshooting.
7.Support new process implementation and process characterization on new product.
