5.Analyze product segments to define UMC opportunity, solutions and proposals
6.Provide product market trend, supply chain/ BOM, technology spec., IP
requirements and product competition in the market
7.Support advanced package technology benchmark and foundry competition
8.Evaluate capacity demand and forecast
9.Predict market trend up and down
10.Support to build capacity simulation model with internal
11.Cooperate with Sales teams/ CP/ P&L/ CE/ FAE to increase market share, product margin and profit in UMC business
*For BCD technology Technical Manager

Must-be:
•電機電子工程、半導體物理相關, 其他各類工程相關, 市場行銷相關, 物理、化學、數理統計相關科系畢業
•5+ years of experience in semiconductor or electronics industry, preferred areas in marketing/sales, semiconductor process and/or IC product development
•Strong growth mind-set, self-motivated & self-learning attitude
Fluent in English & Chinese; good presentation skills a plus
Plus:
•Experience in semiconductor process/device technology development
•Experience in IC product development, field application or customer support engineering
