1.Day to Day monitoring and ownership to timely address in-line defect abnormality escalation, handling and disposition
2.Render support in Production ramp-up, New process implementation and process characterization for project success
3.Evaluate and implement productivity projects for DM Production, Tool and Cost index improvement
4.Define and deploy inspection tool recipes BKM to ensure detection capability
5.Assist in Customer audits on inspection strategy deployment and execution
6.Perform baseline defect improvement

We’re looking for someone with:
1.Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering , Electrical Electronic Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering and Physics
2.Able to think critically with strong investigating skills
3.Possess good communication skills
4.Possess good time management skills as well as a strong sense of commitment
5.Prior leadership or competition experience in school activities will be an advantage
6.Candidates with at least 2 years of relevant prior working experience
7.Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
8.Strong problem-solving abilities to overcome work challenges and troubleshoot system issues.
