1.Lead a team of device engineer for competitive BCD platform device development, make sure device on time delivery and qualification.
2.Coordinate model/FDK delivery, interface with customer to debug the device issue.
3.Guide the team to tune device with well calibrate TCAD deck.
4.Guide the team on test key design, layout, analysis.
5.Guide the team to BCD device characterization with aid of bench test.

Required capability
1.Solid semiconductor device physics and analysis skill, strong knowledge on bipolar and power devices.
2.Experienced in BCD device development/ characterization.
3.Hands on TCAD simulation/ calibration, layout skill, power device bench test is preferred.
4.Team leader with good communication/ coordination skill.
5.Self-motived and performance driver.

Qualification
1.Master or Ph D is preferred in physics, EE.
2.Working Experience: BCD back ground is a must be.
3.English Language level: good English oral and writing skill.
