1. Plan and track the company’s overall W2P/H2W/G2M marketing strategies and product portfolio management, aligning with the company’s long-term growth objectives and directions. Integrate progress and consensus across functional departments to implement the strategic planning goals of W2P/H2W/G2M.
2. Consolidate and prepare quarterly corporate business reviews (W2P/H2/G2) and provide solutions and responses to MT inquiries related to UMC’s future strategies, including identifying best opportunities and potential customers by technology node.
3. Conduct in-depth market competition and foundry competitor landscape analysis, identifying key trends, opportunities, and threats, and generating actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
4. Support the IR and MT in preparing financial metrics-based and market insight-driven FAQ answers for investor conference calls, addressing potential concerns and providing clear, insightful responses to facilitate effective investor communication.
5. Undertake special assignments as required, such as digital transformation, geopolitical tension, ERM, etc.

5. 執行其他專案任務,如數位轉型、地緣政治風險、企業風險管理(ERM)等。
