1.Improve mask tape-out cycle time (tape-out → mask arrival at fab) and manage mask delivery.
2.Align daily with mask vendors and fabs on priority mask schedules and issue resolution.
3.Manage vendor mask delivery/cycle time performance via reviews/audits and continuous improvement actions.
4.Coordinate local/overseas vendors and logistics to ensure on-time shipment; handle escalations.
5.Consolidate fab/customer requirements and align them with service providers.
6.Maintain and continuously improve internal tape-out and delivery management systems/processes.
7.Enhance supply–demand visibility and reporting (vendor + fab data) and schedule control functions.
